Preferred solution: PAY ME BACK FOR THE TIME I WAITED IN LINE. I WOULD HAVE QUALIFIED FOR THE $12 FARE IF I HADN'T HAD TO WAIT AND NO ONE WOULD LISTEN/HELP.

Icon Parking Systems is a sham run by criminals. They scammed us out of a claim after losing our keys, giving us the runaround for months until finally saying that actually, liability is always with the building manager and not the parking company--so why the {{redacted}} didn't you tell us that when we first tried to get our claim processed?
They have despicable practices, such as making employees file claims to keep details out of customer records, and then refusing to supply customers with claim details. In addition, their lousy garage caused hundreds of dollars of damage to our car.
Employees regularly WALK on cars and have no issues with dents or scrapes. Stay away and seek parking elsewhere.

Icon please get rid of ur manager at 360 furman street, brooklyn. People warned me not to park my car in that garage cause the manager is a thief.
They said his employees from Dominican Republic work together to steal personal belonging and money from cars. When I pulled up to the garage on Saturday at 4:30pm the parking attendant didnt tell me how much they charge and was telling me to come in. When I asked him the price he was like its not expensive and was attempting to go in the office to print a ticket. I just left, please get manager that can control his workers.
The guys were extremely rude.
Your manager lacks alot of management skills for a garage that size. Icon your a million dollar business go undercover or investigate why this location lacks proper management its not always about money

I was at the icon parking in Manhattan on 48th and 10th ave. I gave Leo Luna my credit card and loyalty membership card which entitles me to 50% off.
He pretended he did not see my membership card and charged me full price. He said there was nothing he could do about it. He stated my next parking would be free however when I asked him to put this in writing he disappeared.
His colleague referred me to the customer service number. Never parking there again.
